[smokeping-users] smokeping 2.7.0 is out

About 5 years and an eternity after the last release I have
rolled up all the changes that went into the github repo and created

smokeping-2.7.0

this release contains an all new installer system that comes with
all the 'non-core' perl modules included.

when updating an exiting version, make sure to copy the new basepage.html.dist
and the css directory as smokeping got a more up to date look.

this new version of smokeping is above all the product of many people
who provided pull requests for fixes and new features on the smokeping
