[smokeping-users] Display total loss

Hello,

Is there a way to configure smokeping to display a background colour when a Target is down.

I can configure the colour of 0% loss, 30% loss, 60%loss etc ... but not 100%

Looks like smokeping does not display anything when 100% packet loss is happening (a "hole" is shown on the gif)

On the 30 days or 360 days gif, it is nearly impossible to detect these "holes"
